Travis Adams serves as Vice President of Technology & Digital Strategy for The HR Group, where he leads technology development, information technology, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and digital strategy across a multitude of portfolio companies supporting hundreds of employees. Working across executive leadership and business units, Travis turns complex needs into secure systems, scalable processes, and digital solutions that improve how the companies operate and grow.With more than 15 years of leadership experience, Travis has built his career inside startups and high-growth organizations across energy, infrastructure, industrial services, and operational technology cybersecurity. His experience extends from field operations to executive strategy and spans environmental health and safety, compliance and risk, sales, P&L management, mergers and acquisitions, integration, and enterprise technology. This range gives him a rare ability to understand the full business and align people, processes, data, and technology around a common objective.At The HR Group, Travis builds enterprise applications, leads AI and technology-development projects, and drives portfolio-wide digital strategy. His leadership also spans IT operations, cybersecurity governance, responsible AI adoption, vendor strategy, process automation, data-driven workflows, and system modernization. He contributes to corporate due diligence and integration, combining operational and technical insight to help leadership evaluate opportunities, manage risk, and build for scale.Before joining The HR Group, Travis built and scaled commercial business models, including subscription and time-and-materials structures, and led Everline's West Coast Division. He is especially strong in M&A and capital growth, helping take a crude-oil midstream startup through a successful $1.5 billion sale to NuStar Energy. Today, he advises executives and operational leaders on removing bottlenecks, increasing enterprise value, and building scalable paths to success. Travis holds bachelor's degrees in computer science (summa cum laude) and environmental health and safety management, plus an associate degree in history. His dual-degree foundation reinforces the builder's mindset, operational discipline, and technical vision he brings to enterprise leadership.
