Kevin Engle is an Oklahoma-based executive whose career bridges public education leadership and corporate operations, bringing a rare blend of institutional accountability and business acumen to his role at HR Group (HRG). Kevin began his career in Oklahoma public school administration, building an 11-year track record that culminated in his appointment as Superintendent of Prague Public Schools. He then transitioned into the corporate sector, joining HRG's executive team, where over the past two years he has held a series of senior operating roles across the portfolio — including Vice President of Asset Integrity, Interim President of CRM Blasting & Painting, and President of TerraWorks.Currently serving as Vice President of Legal and Business Operations and a member of HRG's management team, Kevin provides legal and operational oversight across the company's roughly ten operating subsidiaries — spanning construction, civil infrastructure, industrial coatings, synthetic turf, corrosion services, and senior care. His responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, structuring surety bonding programs, overseeing risk management, conducting financial analysis, and advising on HR and regulatory compliance. He also leads negotiations on major capital purchases across the portfolio and structures the financing behind them.Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Education, and is AMPP CP1 (Cathodic Protection Technician) certified, having earned the credential in early 2026. He remains actively engaged in community and industry leadership throughout Oklahoma, having served on the Board of Directors for the Organization of Rural Oklahoma Schools and as President of the Lions Club, and currently serves as an advisory board member for Central Tech's Pipeline Technology Program.Drawing on more than a decade of leadership across public education and corporate operations, Kevin is recognized for the same standard of diligence, accountability, and service he brings to every organization he leads.
