Levi Lee's career began with hands-on experience in finance and operations. After college, he served as an internal audit supervisor with the Office of Public Gaming for the Muscogee Creek Nation, where he got early exposure to financial oversight and compliance. He then joined Gateway Pipeline, helping oversee the build-out of pipeline infrastructure across Oklahoma and Texas.In 2015, Levi joined a corrosion and cathodic protection (CP) service provider as its fifth employee, when the company held just two master service agreements (MSAs). Over the next seven years, he played a central role in growing it into one of the largest corrosion/CP service providers in the United States. Along the way he built hands-on expertise in sales, operations, human resources and field infrastructure. The company now holds more than 80 MSAs and employs more than 100 people.When HR Group LLC (HRG) was formed in 2024, Levi became President and COO. His focus shifted from scaling one company to overseeing a growing portfolio, which reached eleven companies by 2026. He stays directly involved in the high-level financial, operational and strategic decisions of each business so that every company under HRG is positioned for long-term success.That mix of ground-floor operating experience and multi-company oversight is what sets Levi apart. He has built a company from a handful of employees into an industry leader, and he brings the same discipline to every business he works with, across sales, operations, finance, M&A, HR and legal. He holds a Cathodic Protection Technician certification through NACE/AMPP and is an NCCER Master Trainer. He serves on the Board of Directors of MetriCorr US and has held industry leadership roles, including Chair of the NACE Central Region Conference and board member of the Kilgore College Corrosion Program.Levi is also committed to his community. He has served on his district's Board of Education and as President of the local Chamber of Commerce.
