Kaitlyn Lima serves as Senior Executive Coordinator for HR Group LLC, where she works closely with executive leadership to support business operations and priorities across the organization.In her role, Kaitlyn assists with administrative and operational matters, regulatory and licensing processes, internal reporting and tracking, vendor communication, and the coordination of ongoing business needs. She has also been involved in supporting acquisitions and the transition of new operations into the organization.Prior to her current role, Kaitlyn gained experience in administrative coordination, project coordination, scheduling, and logistics. Her experience across several areas of the business has provided her with a well-rounded understanding of the operations she supports today.
