Mary Van Hoozer serves as Marketing and Advertising Manager for The HR Group. In this role she leads marketing strategy, brand development, and advertising development across the company's portfolio of operating subsidiaries. To achieve these directives, she partners with leadership teams to translate business objectives into clear brand positioning, cohesive visual identity, and campaign strategies that reach the appropriate audiences with the correlating messages.With more than a decade of experience in marketing, advertising, and design, Mary Van Hoozer brings a rare combination of creative craft and strategic discipline to her work. She began her career in graphic design and web design; managing projects from initial concept through final production — designing and building websites, developing advertising media, editing image and video content, and overseeing email and social media programs. That hands-on foundation informs how she leads today: she understands what it takes to execute the work, not just direct it.She most recently served as Art Director at an advertising firm in Oklahoma City, where she supervised a team of designers developing advertising concepts. During her tenure, she accelerated design execution by establishing structured feedback processes, defining design standards, and building a centralized visual library. She also evaluated existing branding and product positioning to develop new style guides and alternative design directions. Furthermore, she spearheaded enhancements to website user experience.Over the course of her career, Mary Van Hoozer has developed extensive experience in brand strategy, campaign development, creative direction, digital marketing, social media management, and web design. She is known for thriving in environments with diverse requirements and stakeholders, for establishing and executing strategic vision, and for building long-lasting, fruitful relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners across the organizations she has worked for.Mary Van Hoozer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts..
